Chichester Grain Annual General Meeting 2012

Chichester Grain will be holding it’s annual general meeting on the 13th December. The formal part of proceedings is to approve the accounts for the year to June 2012. This will be open only to the society’s members.

The meeting then opens to invited guests. Frontier agriculture will update the meeting on the present and future grain markets. Also discussed will be preferred varieties and crops. This will be particularly relevant, this year. With the difficult autumn drilling program it looks likely that members will be looking to plant many more acres in the spring, of different crops.

There will be a presentation of the new wet intake system, with representatives from Perrys and Laurence Gould on hand to answer questions.

Following the presentation of the ‘Bill Bentall Challenge Trophy’ members and guests will retire for Christmas Lunch.
